(September 9, 2021, 12:20 pm)Kudos to driver Brandon Creel who was very courteous and professional in helping LaCox customers who signed up for propane refills at the Covington office but were not on his delivery list. I personally saw him help 8 customers in Lake Ramsey subdivusion get fuel even after he had worked long hours in the hot sun
(December 26, 2017, 12:09 pm)Informative staff when you can reach someone. They don't charge an additional fee when you run out of fuel. However, they are awful about the line being busy and no voicemail available (even on the emergency line- often just full so your stuck over holidays. The drivers do try hard to come out quickly though.
