I visited the store because I wanted to start doing my own pest control. The owner, Paul, was in the store and was extremely helpful. I knew almost nothing about doing my own pest control, but Paul took the time to explain every product he recommended to me. He explained how each product worked and how to properly use it. His level of helpfulness, knowledge,  and expertise exceeds any other local stores that sell pest control products and left me confident with all of my purchases. The best part is I now have professional grade products and can treat my home for a fraction of what I had been paying a  pest control company.
