Great service department very friendly very attentive I bought a brand new Stihl chainsaw after the hurricane and was having trouble getting it started I brought it to them to troubleshoot and they were extremely helpful they showed me the proper way to start it and told me about the difficulties in flooding the Stihl chainsaws. The service manager brought the saw back to the service department to check pull the spark plug and saw that the saw was in fact flooded he blew it with compressed air to remove the remaining remnants of gasoline then put it together and promptly started it on the second pull. I can't say how much I appreciate it their help even though I didn't buy the chainsaw from them they still took the time to show me how to properly start it

Bill is a great guy to do business with and there service department went above and beyond for me on my tractors tiller implement. The gear box broke on it and instead of just fixing the part they gave me a whole new one!! That is what I call great customer service!! I’m a business owner myself so I know what it means to do something like that. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is looking for equipment!!👍
