The Collins

Living in The Collins doesn’t even feel like an apartment. With nice, open floor plans, filled with sunshine, and amenities such as: gym, dog salon, pools, grill area, car wash etc., it’s quite perfect. Did I also mention that you are right by the interstate, so catching traffic is rare, which we LOVE that! It’s clean, quiet and friendly here. Maintenance Management and Staff are very polite and helpful. My husband and I 10/10 recommend The Collins as your new home!

I don't move in for a few more weeks, but I can say that the experience so far has been exceptional. I was approved and had a unit selected literally within an hour or so. Danielle has been more than helpful and always got back to me promptly whenever I emailed her with questions. The complex looks amazing and the amenities are plentiful. I can't wait to move and and start enjoying the community. I will update some time after my move-in but I'm sure the rating isn't going to change.

Update: I've been here for a few days now, I still love it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gets plenty of sunlight. Pool area is amazing, sat out for few hours today to study and enjoy the view and sun. Parcel pending is worth every penny, the neighborhood I moved from in San Diego had a huge issue with stolen and misplaced packages, and so this was a big relief. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The units themselves are amazing and worth what you spend. I'm thoroughly satisfied and plan to stay for quite a while.

Although I have not lived here long, my experience at the Collins so far has been outstanding. The apartments are brand new and beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even accommodated a very last minute request for us, as Mark and Danielle always appear willing to go the extra mile to make their residents happy. All the great features of an apartment community (pool, grill, gym, etc) in a unit that feels like a modern townhouse - I would highly recommend the Collins to all!

I have lived in many apartments in my life but have never lived in ones so nice as the Collins! The first time I toured the grounds I was very impressed with the quality of the buildings, the style of the clubhouse, the layout of the grounds, and most important to me the friendliness and excellence in the management and maintenance services. All have proven to remain true since I toured and have moved into the Collins. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love living at The Collins! They have to be, by far, the best apartment community on the Northshore! It does not at all feel like I am living in an apartment! I love all of the windows and the big open kitchen! The amenities are also top notch. The pool and outdoor area is like nothing I have ever seen before and my pup LOVES the pet spa! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have all of the amenities of an apartment community, but the luxuries of living in a house!
