“There are no words to accurately describe the passion this Dr. has for his patients. We have been seeing him for several years now and when I googled clinic to write his number down for a parent I was sending his way and saw the reviews I couldn't help but want to post our experience. He (from the 1st appt) was thoughtful, compassionate, considerate, helpful, and so understanding of the frame of mind I was at as a parent. We finally had answers and correct diagnosis for my children. We 1st saw him in Lafayette and when he moved practice to Covington there was no doubt in our mind that we would follow. Now we are able to do Video chat appts with only (I think) one required yearly trip to him. The video appt was very convenient and just as personal. He takes his time with each appt and even offers advice and support to my children trying to help them understand why things are the way they are for them and how they can maybe look at things from a different prospective the help them with their challenges. From the very 1st appt as a mother I have never felt as comfortable with a dr. as I was with him. We have had challenges with medication and had to do adjustments from time to time but this is normal and understandable. My calls to the office have always been returned in a timely manner usually with in 24 hours, next business day. If you are at the point that you need a pediatric Neurologist good ones are few and far between it's my opinion that making the appt and having at least 1 visit can't hurt. See for yourself what comes of it and go from there. I'm sure if your google for a Dr or answers your at the end of your rope. Also go check the clinic out on Facebook you will see I'm not the only that feels this way.”

“This clinic seems to run very efficient. You move quickly into designated areas - ultrasound, exam room, etc. without much delay. The ultrasound was the fastest I have ever experienced, lasting less than 10 minutes - but now I am hoping that all details were captured. Test results and office summaries are not posted to the portal until they are requested. Dr. Williams seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions you may have. And the person who setup my initial appointment was very friendly along with all of the office staff. I’m new to this clinic and hope to update this review again after my annual wellness visit in the fall. Stay tuned!”

“I have had the honor of working for Dr. Levi as an LPN. I was so impressed with her knowledge, compassion and caring that I have seen her as my primary care doctor for 22 years. She will do anything possible to give her patients the best care possible. I have also seen Lacy Mills, NP. She also shares Dr. Levi’s quality of care. She is compassionate and will also go up and beyond to give her patients excellent care. You may have to wait a while to be seen, but you will also know when it’s your turn to be seen, they will give you all the help they can. Iris is also an LPN that I have worked with and she also shares the highest quality of time to make sure everything runs smoothly. “Had my wisdom teeth out here and they were EXCELLENT. Literally the entire procedure was about 18 mins including additional x rays. I felt very confident not needing to do deeper anesthesia and glad I didn't have to. Getting 2 deeply impacted teeth removed was faster & even easier than getting a filling I was shocked that I waited so long due to fear. I did end up getting a dry socket which about 1/10 women get and it was painful and obnoxious. They met me every single day and repacked & treated my tooth for free until I got better. Amazing staff & genuinely wonderful people who want to help. they're extremely fast, efficient & knowledgable. Highly recommend.”

“No nonsense get it done physician office with professional staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Bit of a challenge spotting the office from the road if you're coming from the north. The front sign is plain and blends into the background of the next office next door. The building has decent parking, but there is no identification on the front door to let you know it's the front door or that your in the right place. The lobby is clean and spacious.”
