“I have always enjoyed Northshore Empress. The service has always been impeccable. I was disappointed in our last visit because the service was very slow. It wasn't particularly crowded so I'm not sure why it took so long for our orders. We ordered the eggrolls as an appetizer and they were fantastic. We finished our appetizer and it took at least thirty minutes before our entree was brought out. To add disappointment, my entree was incorrect. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait another thirty minutes before receiving the proper order. The cost of the two entrees was the same so I just ate what was brought. The food was good as usual. We will return because everyone can have a bad night. Hopefully things will be back to normal.”
