This five star rating is specifically for Ms. Tina Paretti. In my opinion, Tina makes Bayou Title worth partnering with. She is phenomenal and makes Bayou Title look better than any title company around. I have closed hundreds of loans and Tina is my first call for each and every closing. She knows her stuff and helps every referral I send her and exceeds expectations--which in turn makes me look better too! If you are a realtor or lender, Tina will be a vital key to your success.

Excellent service. They walked my ignorant butt through everything, and the closing was painless. Even afterwards, they helped me promptly and with expertise. They are the reason I like dealing locally as opposed to faceless internet companies.

Short wait nice people.

We had a great experience with Bayou Title. The entire process was swift (we needed to close in about 2.5 weeks) and smooth. At close, they caught an error on the paperwork sent by our lender, contacted them, and got it fixed and signed on the spot. We lived on the Southshore but were purchasing on the Northshore, and so worked with the Metairie and Mandeville offices. All of these ladies were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Will use again!
