Ross was amazing! I had tried to fix my water heater myself and was unsuccessful. Lo and behold I messaged big branch. Ross showed up hours after I texted him! He fixed the issues and noticed a leak in another part of my house and proceeded to fix it! I’m truly grateful and will ALWAYS recommend big branch from this point on.

We had new faucets installed after bathroom renovations. I had never used this company before, they were recommended by the by the company who installed the countertops. Big Branch was awesome. They came in and got right to business installing 3 faucets. Their work is top notch. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Big Branch after noticing some water pooling below my water heater. They showed up at my house the same day, looked at the water heater (in the attic), and discovered it was actually a small leak in the roof vent from a recent rain storm. They showed me the problem and how a roofer could fix it and didn't charge me anything. I realized after they left I had forgotten to ask them something and they promptly replied to a text message. Very friendly throughout. I recommend!

I had a problem with my (brand-new) bathtub leaking, and called Big Branch. They were great from start to finish. I got a prompt call-back after leaving a service call request, the appointment was scheduled quickly, and they arrived on time. Jason was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem and he also took great pains to protect my home from dirt and damage. He arrived with all the right tools to do the job, and knew how to use them. He went out of his way to get me new parts under warranty, which really saved us some money! The price they charged for the service was more than fair. This plumbing company is top Notch! I called then a day after New Years and they promptly came out, inspected my water heater and offered me some options.
