My experience has been great. Katie was very patient with me and made sure to call me back repeatedly to facilitate times that we could talk around my busy schedule. Not only did Katie save me money, she explained to me that I would be getting better coverage by switching to Allstate. All of this happened quite some time ago and I still remember how much she helped me out and was overall great towards me. I'll probably stick with Allstate for the foreseeable future because of this great customer service.
