Love the IBFA gym and the whole team there. I'm new to boxing but have enjoyed the classes immensely and the coaches do a great job in sharing their knowledge and keeping things fun. Would highly recommend joining the IBFA family for anyone looking to get in some great workouts and learning some boxing skills too!

Joined because my daughter wanted to try it out. Now I go way more than she does. The "box and burn" sessions are my favorite, but I also do the strength and conditioning and have seen great body change results. We love Tory and Melanie, the upkeep of the fitness center, the flexibility, and technology they are investing in to build the community. Personal training sessions have helped with speed, form, and power. Not looking to ever really box or spar but Tory is also a great coach for those wanting to do that.Free first session so I'd check it out.

Coach Tory and his staff are top notch. He is such an inspiration to the youth that he coaches. Highly recommend their youth boxing classes!
