We just moved to the northshore. I always brought my car to the dealer for maintenance, but with the traffic over here, I wanted to find a smaller shop nearby. This place is amazing. It doesnt feel anything like a mechanic shop. Between the excellent customer service and the atmosphere, it felt more like waiting for my spa appointment. Never in my life have I had service techs with such exceptional customer service skills. As for the service performed, also excellent. They took my car back as soon as I arrived and were done in no time. My tires were actually rotated, which, believe it or not, has been a problem many times in the past. The tire rotation and basic mechanical inspection were included free of charge with the oil change. Since my vehicle is now out of warranty and we are suddenly putting a lot of miles on it, I am thrilled I found this locally owned and operated small business I can support and trust with our only vehicle.

Got my car in day-of and fixed by end of day. Has a shuttle service. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back for any car repairs if needed!

The staff are courteous, knowledgeable without being condescending and charge fair prices. They let you know which items need to be addressed immediately and what can wait. They provided me with a courtesy ride so that I did not have to spend hours waiting for my car.

Buying a car from a dealer nearby, Christian Brothers took a through look at the vehicle and provided a comprehensive report. The report not only highlighted the issues existing, but also things to look out for and keep an eye out for. Would recommend to anyone. Picture is the car I bought, nothing wrong with it yet.
