  I went in with a budget, informed Tanja what I was looking for. She unlocked the cabinet and immediately, I saw what I wanted! A gentleman behind the counter realized it was to be a gift and promptly picked it up and began to gift wrap it! That's service for you!!!

  I have been here countless times over the last several decades. I have bought stuff, sold stuff, and had stuff appraised. I have interacted with Tommy so many times I can't count, and with Ronnie many times as well. These gentlemen are a class act and so very professional. They have amazing jewelry at great prices. I feel as though they are the best jewelry store in the area.

  The folks at Boudreaux's our knowledgeable and experience jewelers. Their service is exceptional, and prices are extremely competitive with other stores in the area. I've done business with several stores, and Boudreaux's tops the list.

  I can’t speak more highly of the customer service you will receive. The most caring and understanding company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I had purchased a pair of earrings years ago and of No fault of anyone but my own ears (allergies) could not wear the earrings. I didn’t want to make any issue of such as they were beautiful earrings and because of such I allowed them to sit in my jewelry box. One day I decided to stop in and beyond my total surprise the owner allowed me to pick out something else. I left feeling so blessed and overwhelmed with such kindness. The quality / craftsmanship and not to mention customer service is above superb!

  Ray and Tommy were both exceptional. They took their time with me and brought several watches in from their other stores to let me see in person the ones I was interested in. I absolutely love my new Omega Planet Ocean and recommend anyone looking, for not only a beautiful piece of jewelry, but the kind of service you would expect when making a large purchase to visit Boudreaux’s! You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again for all your help!!!
