Lamas is the best seafood in mandeville hands down great crawfish and fried seafood I come all the way from Slidell to eat

The red grouper was fresh and tasted delicious. Also so purchased some cracklings and pickled jalapeño. Also very good. Would definitely stop there again.

First and foremost the food is FRESH and made to order! I am a bit skeptical about seafood places because my grandparents owned a seafood catering company in Mandeville way back in the day (when they were alive). Let me tell you this place is better than eating in your grandma‘s kitchen and if I say that you know it’s true!!!! Nick and Rachel (the owners) are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. There are so many items on the menu that I want to suggest… I’ve been going there every day (except Monday) and trying something different! The bread pudding is out of this world and from what I understand Nick’s father is extremely picky on how it’s made! It is the best bread pudding I’ve ever had in my life!
I bought some corn and crab soup to go so my family could try it. The portions are very big also! I will keep coming back and recommending this restaurant every time I’m in town. It’s a very down to earth,clean, casual place so don’t get gussied up….just go!

I just noticed this place today while I was working in the area. I had the fish and shrimp platter with fries and hush puppies. It was delicious and I will be back. I ordered to go and they didn't take long to get my order out. The fries were a different cut that I've never seen before but they were great! If you love thick cut fries like me, you will like these a lot.
