I won an auction on Gunbroker, and Eric at Arms Merchant was handling the transfer. When I inspected the firearm I realized it was not the same model that I bid on, so I called the seller, while Eric was kind enough to wait. The seller agreed to take the firearm back and refund my money. Eric, then offered to order the firearm I wanted....so I did. A few hours later that day, Eric called and said my firearm had come in and was ready for pick up. I couldn't believe it! I had the exact firearm I wanted, and didn't have to wait for it. Thanks, Eric!!!

I really like the expanded hours that they started since the ownership of Arms Merchant changed. It is now a more customer friendly store, as evidenced by its expanded hours of operation.
They have a large inventory of a diverse selection of new and used quality firearms and other products. The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff seems intent on helping you make an informed purchase that is right for you, and without being pushy, they help you to consider all of the important relevant factors that should be considered in such an important purchase. On each visit I am always provided with courteous assistance in looking at anything that I desire to inspect.
Arms Merchant is always my first stop when looking for a quality firearm, and nine times out of ten I never bother to go to a second stop. Make Arms Merchant your first stop and you won’t regret it.
To top it off, the owner of Arms Merchant is a veteran and an all around good guy with good people on his staff. I like doing business with good people who sell quality products at reasonable prices. I also believe in supporting those individuals who have spent much of their lives in the military, supporting and protecting our Country and the freedoms that we enjoy.

Eric and Chris are excellent. The selection and prices are great in comparison to others. The customer service and knowledge is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone in the firearm market. Truly the best in the business.
