  The staff, especially Ray, is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The facility is always clean and easily accessible and secure. I recommend Fort Knox highly.

  What an amazing staff and facility. So very helpful, knowledgeable, safe and genuinely caring.
  Not only did I feel safe coming to Fort Knox anytime of day or night by myself, I knew my property was just as safe.
  
  Very fair priced, extremely clean and I highly recommend them.

  Had an excellent experience with them! Location is easily accessible, exterior is well lit and very safe, never once had a problem with access at any time, well maintained carts were always available for moving stuff in/out, temperature was always well controlled, storage unit size was exactly as advertised.
  
  As for the company and their employees, they were all extremely helpful and genuinely nice - it was a pleasure doing business with them. No surprise fees, sign up and closing my account was very quick and simple. No awkward pressures to get a bigger unit or interrogations when moving out (like I've had before with other storage unit companies in the area). Everything with them just ran smoothly! This group really has their stuff together.
  
  One added bonus with this facility is that they have a truck you can use for move-in. I took advantage of this and everything went completely smoothly - saved me a costly moving truck rental!
  
  Highly recommend! I'd still have a storage unit with them if I hadn't moved to another state.

  I can't complain. Their service was superb, the unit was available, nice and clean. A/c was nice as we worked to move our things in. Unit access is available 24 hours a day (unlike some of their competitors). There is keypad entry to doors and elevator, bathroom available on ground floor, timed light switches for people who like to see energy conservation, a moving truck available to move in (although we didn't use it) and wonderful rolling carts to minimize the back breaking work. Best prices too. I give them 5-stars easily.

  Awesome experience. I had an emergency and quickly needed to arrange for a storage unit and delivery to said storage unit from 1100 miles away. I called Fort Knox Storage and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and easy to work with. He set me up with a storage unit helped accommodate and ensure the delivery was done seamlessly. When I finally got down to the unit in person they were very pleasant to work with. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat if I needed another storage unit.
