(November 4, 2020, 11:07 am)Andrew was so kind and helpful. He was on time, very professional, and cleaned our carpet thoroughly...it looks like a new carpet! He was able to target specific areas to remove stains. We will be calling Andrew again for all our carpet cleaning needs!

Andrew and his crew have worked wonders on my carpet, and have always done so with a great positive attitude. I highly recommend ProMaster to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Our family had suffered a recent tragedy. We needed someone to come out and get our carpet and Furniture cleaned ASAP. Not only did he accommodate us but he did not charge additional fees and his price was extremely reasonable!
I highly recommend, if you need your upholstery tile carpets Etc cleaned, to call ProMaster and ask for Andrew! You will not be disappointed! As soon as we can I'm going to call him back to have our floor tiles cleaned!
I am not one to post recommendations but I am so thankful for the wonderful job that Andrew with Pro Master did, I just had to share my experience!
(January 4, 2018, 7:35 pm)When preparing to put our house on the market I budgeted $5k for new carpet to be installed. After visiting a friend who recommended I try to clean them , I called ProMaster. Andrew was courteous and prompt; he scheduled me quickly and at my convenience. I was shocked at the low quote and figured there would be hidden costs, “extras”, or maybe a less than quality outcome. Boy was I wrong. Andrew showed up on time, polite as can be, and worked magic. I had white carpets that were needing replacing when we originally bought the house. Add a couple years with a young son and a dog and not particularly good housekeeping skills and you get deeply soiled almost gray carpets. Andrew made them like new again. Not only do I love my “new” carpets but I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get them. No extra costs, no hidden fees. If I could rate them a 10 out of 5 I would. Thanks again Andrew!
