My wife and I have been patients of Dr Dickerson and have no complaints about him or his staff. He explained everything clearly and encouraged questions from me. Procedure was quick and no complications. His staff is very nice and handled the insurance for us. We recommend him highly.
I was referred to Dr. Dickerson by my dentist here in Diamondhead. On going problems called for the removal of 14 teeth for an upper plate. Pretty big deal. Best way to explain my experience is nothing to it. Really. Dr. Dickerson and his staff are great!! I'm still amazed 4 days later at how well it went ! Really had no pain to speak of. Even after. Just the expected soreness but mostly from new denture against swollen gums and then not much more then discomfort. Just wow !!
We had a great experience with Dr. Dickerson. My son had his wisdom teeth taken out and it was a smooth, safe process from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Dickerson was so thoughtful, patient, and caring while explaining everything in detail. I would highly recommend Pontchartrain Oral Surgery!
Had a bad abscess on a tooth that had a previous root canal. Didn’t realize it until it was extremely infected and I could actually feel a lump. Dr. Dickerson and his staff were amazing. I had bone loss so a graft had to be done. I was scared to death. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The following day he called and checked on me. The next day the pain was worse and he had given me his cellphone number so I called and he called a in a prescription. It’s been a long process and soon I’ll be ready for the final part. Thank you for your care and kindness. So appreciate you and your entire staff!
