I got the Breakfast Hash and the Protein balls and they were delicious!! Added 3 eggs to the protein hash and it’s was perfect. They even shipped to me in Virginia and the food was still so delicious. You won’t regrets trying them!!

This is my first order. So far I have eaten Sunrise Casserole and Lean & Green seared cod. This food is absolutely delicious!!! The piece of cod was so thick and cooked perfectly with tomatoes and was not dry.

Keeping it real meals is a blessing for people with busy schedules, that want to eat healthy meals that also taste good. Everytime I've picked up my meals the kitchen was clean and the staff was well groomed, and always friendly. Each week the menu just gets better and better. This is the best meal prep business I’ve ordered from. Nancy and the staff are always welcoming when I come in to pick up or grab life aid’s during the work week. The food is always fresh and taste so good my 3,5 and 12 year eat off the bulk menu during the week it’s easy for me and good for them. I never leave reviews, but for the small Slidell gem I had to!
