(May 7, 2022, 6:08 pm)We went biking today from Abita Springs to Covington and back. Very pleasant day because of the shaded areas. Very nice. I love Abita Springs and the old school charm.
(April 3, 2022, 4:08 pm)The trace is a beautiful paved pathway for riding, skating, boarding or just walking or running. I take my daughter out to pick flowers along the side of path. You'd be amazed at all the different kinds of flowers that grow along the trace. Well I won't say more, go see for yourself.

(November 19, 2021, 5:24 pm)The bridge was closed so was only able to ride the east side. Really disappointed not being able to cross the bridge. Also had no timeline when it will be opened.
