(January 9, 2018, 10:49 am)Great Louisiana charm. They are open extra early so you can hit the water quick. The young lady that I have always bought bait from is extra nice and helpful. Plus coffee if your lucky.

Launched the boat only to discover I had 2 dead batteries (I know...i'm an idiot)! I was all set to put the boat back on the trailer, call it a day and drive home kicking myself...that's when Zach showed up. He runs the facilities out there and is one of the most friendly, helpful, and nicest guys I've ever met. Next thing i know he pulls his boat next to mine and connects jumper cables to charge the batteries. Now it'll crank, but still won't start. Next thing i know Zach pops the cover off the motor and is spraying starter fluid in the carbs to get it running. Long story short...ended up coming home with a decent ice chest full of fish that day, which would NOT have been possible without Zach's help and generosity. Great guy who runs a great facility...looking forward to launching there for years to come!
