Hadn't been to a Dillard's in probably closer to two decades. Needed a pair of decent black slacks- which are for whatever reason, incredibly hard to find in the area. The staff members were very, very friendly. Probably every member I saw asked me if I needed help or if they could be of service. I was very impressed with this place and their staff. The prices weren't the best, but would definitely go back if I was in need of something!

My fiancé and I go to Dillard's often. We drive from Picayune,MS. My fiancé loves, loves the designer shirts in the men's department(which can be VERY Pricey), for his job title he must dress Nicely..He also compliments the customer service/cashier, they are VERY Helpful with customers.. I always get helped in the ladies department also, with the fitting room,etc.-They really do have the BEST Customer Service! The Clothes/Shoes can be Expensive, but it is Very Good Quality Clothes! And will last a LONG TIME!! In my eyes, it's worth it.. Check out Dillard's and try a
