“When I had to look up information about my psych place I was shocked to see low stars. I have never had an issue with the front staff. They have always been so kind and are always smiling. Taylor is awesome and does her job very well!! I came in to see Jennifer in 2020, I was receiving care by a regular nurse practitioner who of course aren’t trained enough with medications. She switched my meds fairly quickly trying to help me as I was having issues and it made things REALLY BAD. I was recommended to this place and so happy I tried it out. She listened to me and helped me to understand more about myself, she slowly got me leveled back out on what worked for me. I do not do well with meds and after my last mdnp switching meds how they did, seeing another psychiatrist that didn’t do well, I was afraid of doctors and medications. Jennifer has helped me feel I can trust a medical professional and helped me get out of the super dark hole I was in. I actually travel and hour and a half here because I’m very happy with her and the staff. Sure I wish it was closer but here I feel safe, I’m validated, and listened to. I’ve never not had a call back and when it was something that needed to be talked about soon it was always quick. They have lives too which I think many people forget. But I am very very thankful for finding them. Now if we could just get them to accept Medicare!! But I have no bad things to say. Not enough people review with good things to say and I’m just here to say give it a chance!! This is a great place!!”
