“Let me start with........ what an AMAZING experience!! First off, I do a ton of research within a field before I make a decision. With that said, I had 12 roofing companies come out and quote me for my roof. I had the big companies that blast commercials all of the TV and the little companies that just have a basic yard sign in front of someone's house come out. Some may say that 12 is excessive but, I wanted to feel like I was getting a great roof at a great price and I didn't feel that way until I met with Bob, the owner of Advanced Roofing. From the first visit all the way through the process, Bob was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about repairing my roof like it was his own. He showed me potential issues, taught me a little about roofing and had his crew out the day they were scheduled and on time! His foreman Brian was attentive, answered my questions, and generally put up with my slight anxiety of having such an enormously important job done on my home. When it came down to pricing, Bob was clear on what his company did, how they did it, and why it was important to do it that way. His price was very reasonable and the quality was top notch. In just the few days since my roof has been installed, I've recommended Bob and Advanced Roofing to 7 of my friends and family. “I used this company, after interviewing nearly a dozen over the past year. I was pleased with the pricing. Not the cheapest estimate, however, thousands of dollars less than Long Roofing for example, which has always come in very high in their pricing for every project that we have contacted them about, i.e. fencing, they were twice the amount of the nearly cheapest company. After a cash deposit of one-half, the scheduling followed. All appointments were made on time. Unfortunately, the crew that installed the roof, was not the best or far from the best. The representative flew up from Florida and found that the roofing was subpar! He ordered a new roof be installed. Within a week, there was a tear-off and another new roof installed. I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY! It is a rare thing to see. We have been here in this home for 19 years and have had the occasional screw-up from contractors. However, there was "no fight to get it right"! Thanks, Mr. Smedley you are a class act! as is Buildpro!”

“Had a water stain show up in my daughter's bedroom. Called Shifflett roofing to help. They showed up on a Saturday morning and discovered it was much more than just a leak. The decking had rotted out. Shifflett roofing removed the rotten decking, inspected everything underneath, the rafters, head plate, etc and determined everything else was ok. The asked me to also look/inspect it as well. I did and fully agreed with their analysis. Manuel of Shifflett was very professional, friendly, Spoke great English, and even identified where there were some cap shingles needed replacing. After replacing the rotten decking, Shifflett roofing place Ice & Water barrier which was not done by the previous roofer. Shifflett Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair. They were fast, thorough, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and if I need roofing services again. My 1st call will be to Shifflett roofing!”
