everyone is very nice and the facility is very modern. This doctor changed my life in two months. I'm active again and able to enjoy things.

Dr. Domangue has been wonderful, caring and thorough in diagnosis and treatment of my condition. Honestly I feel very blessed to have top notch care close to me. His staff is awesome!

Dr Chad, Brandy, Miranda, Nursing Staff, Medical Assistance and all support staff are kind, friendly, compassionate and genuinely care. Dr. Chad holistic approach utilizing homeopathy medication is rare to find in healthcare setting. He helped me control my nerve pain for years and avert surgery by implanting spinal stimulators in my back and neck. I returned to his care after my back surgery as I continued to suffer from nerve damage. My pain is tolerable and my overall quality of life has improved significantly. The Pharmaceutical Industry focus on promoting drugs for financial gain.
Dr. Chad has help me titrate down on my medication utilizing homeopathic remedies.

I not only have been a patient of the practice since July 2016, but I had to move for my job back to Illinois & I DRIVE from here down to Hammond to see Dr. Chad (well, to see the Miranda- PA for my implant refill that’s in my back) bimonthly simply because of the care they’ve given me since I moved back here to Illinois in August of 2017. When I say that Dr. Chad saved my life, those are not words just lightly spoken. He saved me physically but also mentally.

Arrived early and was taken right in. No waiting for the nurse or the doctor. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I've been going to cypress point pain management for 4 years, and I've never had a single complaint. I give them an A++.
