Hammond Square Self Storage

Penni really helped me in the worse time ever (Hurricane IDA). She returned my many calls during the weeks, I could not check my storage unit because of the electricity issue. If you are looking for a really nice building to store your personal items, I highly recommend this place.

I'm in Illinois but I have some of my Mom's belongings in Hammond Square Self Storage waiting for me to move back to my home state. After Ida, they have been communicating through email and answered both my phone call and my email within a few hours. Penny returned my call, and she was wonderful. These folks are amazing and their facility is the best I have ever used.

Ms. Penni was so helpful throughout the whole process. She showed me all different size storage rooms before I could make my mind in which one I needed. Her service was excellent, and the place is great to store your belongings.

This place is perfect! The manager was extremely informative. I walked in thinking I needed just a 5x10 for a whole apartment. Good thing she told me I needed a bit bigger than that. I ended up getting a 10x15 and it fits all my stuff. She was so nice to me. Had I gone somewhere else I probably wouldn't have gotten the same treatment. Thank you again Katie! You're fantastic!

The process was effortless. The website is very user friendly, so reserving a spot was easy. We went in and the site manager was very helpful and friendly. What we really liked was the number of carts that are onsite to help with the move. The area is well lit and the facility is very clean. The best part is that the move saved us money in the monthly fees. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone...great customer service, clean facility, safe environment and great pricing!
