(August 11, 2023, 7:40 pm)You'll back into the building. There's enough room to get straight with the door before backing. They climb in and unload by hand. I had a full trailer, and they unloaded it in about 45 mins very impressive. Which door you'll back into depends on where they want the merchandise stored. You may have to switch doors halfway through.
