Floyd’s is an excellent pharmacy with outstanding customer service. Everyone is treated like family. I live in Hammond but drive a couple of miles to Floyd’s down hwy 51 once a month because of their excellent customer service. Thank you Floyd’s!

Staff is exceptionally helpful and always friendly no matter what each member may have going on personally. They use multiple means of contacting which makes filling a Rx while doing the hustle and bustle of life, much easier. When I have had questions, the pharmacist and other staff take the time, whether they have it or not, to share thorough answers (even if I’ve asked twice to make sure I understand). In a digital world were personal service is sometimes lost, Bedico Floyd’s does not skimp out on personal, personalized and face to face (or mask to mask) contact and communication. Thankful and highly recommend.
