Zito's A/C & Heating

3 years ago Zito's A/C replaced an outside unit for me. They were amazing. 3 years later when I needed them again, called 1st thing in morning and problem was fixed before lunch! Thank you! You are my go to for A/C and heating! Impeccable service!

I rarely write reviews, but today was so exceptional I thought I should share. On July 1st our small AC unit broke on the back side of the house. We have a home warranty with Liberty Home Guard (which is laughable and a COMPLETE waste of money). The warranty company’s “tech” came out to look at the unit and did not even run proper diagnostics to determine what the problem actually was. On August 9th, over a month later, after countless requests for follow up and repairs that were never actioned to, we got an email that we needed a new unit and that the warranty would only cover a small portion of the new unit we needed, with an out of pocket cost of almost $7000. Luckily the house has not been too hot, so we took our time continuing to ask for follow up from the warranty company all of last month to no avail. Today, Zito's A/C & Heating came to the house the day after I asked for an appointment. Let me tell you, they are INCREDIBLE. In less than three hours, they had repaired the leak in the line and rerun the wiring that was causing the issue, for $750 total. The unit is up and running like new. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and honesty of this company. They could have easily told us what the warranty company said and suggested a new unit. But instead, they took the time to diagnose the problem and saved us THOUSANDS. If you too are having AC issues in this heat, I cannot recommend them more. Super nice guys and so honest and professional. So grateful I saw a post recommending them!

Called early morning due to our AC going out and was able to get a same day appointment. Ari was on time and extremely patient regarding our home warranty he was able to get our house cooled off in no time. Highly recommend Zito's AC. Thank you!!
