Acadian Total Security

Good service in responding to an alarm. Great service tech in our area that takes care of system & sensor issues. Disappointed to find that our video doorbell isn’t covered under their standard service coverage (special additional cost required).

Special financing to purchase equipment. Year later the plug goes out and they charge me $150 to fix a $13.99 part without notifying me that the 3 mins of changing the plug would cost $150. Called and they did a one time waiver and offered a service package that was supposed to be included but I was informed only for one year.

I highly recommend using Acadian Alarm system for the house and security cameras as well top-of-the-line. They also have fantastic night vision. The doorbell and the back video camera of the house it is the best I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend their security and their technicians were top notch. you won’t be disciplined.

We began with Safeguard in in 2001 and with Acadian since they bought out Safeguard. This is the first time we had to have repair service where we were sent a technician who completely understood our wired alarm system. He was efficient, professional, courteous and respectful. He quickly had our system up and working after being down since 9/1/21 due to Hurricane Ida. After he completed his work he gave us a quick tutorial on our detectors. He went above and beyond. Acadian should be proud of his work! I forgot the technician's name and it was not on my invoice #856199 but he is knowledgeable and a quick and clean worker. He is definitely a keeper!

I have to give the credit to Mr. Dexter. He is very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and provided me with enough information for me to make an informed decision about chosing Acadian Security. I was on the fence about going with an alarm company and especially one that isn't a national known company. However, I was presented with the information of products and services that I planned to currently get along with ones I am interested in getting in the future. And potential pricing of items (knowing that prices may change for future items, but allowed me to have a ballpark idea of what I need to save to add the features to my security system) My decision to sign up with Acadian Security was based on Mr. Dexter. He is a wonderful person who I'm grateful to have helped me with this process. Hes wonderful and also deserves a raise! Thank You Acadian for hiring this employee and you need more like him. Hes definitely priceless.
