I visited the office for a repair. My bracelet was repaired and I was not happy with the coloring of a diamond where the repair was made. They sent it back off to have it professionally cleaned. When it came back the employee took it upon herself to discount my cost for having sent off the bracelet a second time. I appreciate her consideration and would visit the store again.
