Had bearings and ball joints replaced and bearings in rear axle replaced. John explained everything he was going to do and exactly what he found. All for a very reasonable price...way less than anyone else. It's like driving a new truck.
Apparently the GMC dealer in metairie where I bought the truck didn't repair the rear axle correctly. John took the time to correctly check and shim rear gears the right way. Gears are meshing exactly where they are supposed to.
I would most definitely recommend Paragon to anyone who needs automotive work done. Honest work done the right way and for a great price.
