(April 15, 2016, 3:16 pm)Customer service was nice and quick. Was a bit pricey to ship standard via USPS and a 12x12x12 box was $2.45. If I'd have known that, I would've used my own box/pkg. Overall good quality packaging materials available and it's a convenient location for locals who don't want to travel far just to ship a package or two.
