This was our first time here. Although I was not allowed inside of the clinic with my boys due to COVID, I was a little apprehensive at first. The girls that work there quickly put my mind at ease. They came to the car to get my boys one at a time. We have definitely found a new vet. I would highly recommend them.

This group is very knowledgeable, explains things well and genuinely cares. We've been utilizing them to care for our 2 old kitties.
We came in late on a Friday with one of the cats who had given up eating and drinking. The exam showed that her temperature was low which indicates that her systems were failing. Dr. LeBlanc took all the time we needed to discuss things even though they were very busy. She was very compassionate and focused us on what was good for our girl and ourselves without trying direct our choices.
The team at Rivertown managed all of this while still providing a safe environment by limiting access to the building. No small feat to provide personalized service during these challenging times, but they are doing it well.
