He personally transported us to our hotel in the pouring rain, while in depth explaining the repair procedure relating to our specific issue. Joshua, walked us through the entire repair process, updating us every step of the way. Our truck was repaired and we're back on the road. I highly recommend this dealership, and will continue to do business with them.
