I use a branch that is a little closer to my house, Highway 59 branch, for everyday use and again service is impeccable!!!!! I have been banking on my own now for over 17 years and ALWAYS had service issues with the banks I used. I just figured that is how banks operate. Well not true! Whitney has been a completely different experience! I recently switched my business account from Chase to Whitney and man it's a world of a difference. I decided to make the move to change because I was in the process of needing a business loan and Chase, whom I had my accounts with for over 4 years, 5 separate accounts plus a mortgage, denied my husband and I several times when we have A+, 750 and higher, credit. Well I worked one on one with Kathleen at Whitney in old Mandeville and got approved in less than a week. Now Whitney has my business account and my business loan! Just today I deposited a check for over $35,000 and they didn't ask me not one question about it! Chase would have asked me questions, made me sign different or add additional signatures, asked me for my id, probably make me go into the damn bank and put the check on hold for who knows how long. Nope not at Whitney, check deposited and posted today!!!!!!!! Need I say more! If your getting a hard time at your bank and just think that's normal and how things operate, try Whitney and see the difference!!! I'm so glad we switched!”
