“I took a laptop to them that was dying of old age (8 years old) because I wanted to put its 450 GB of files onto a brand new computer. So they transferred the files as they worked around problems of the glitchy laptop. But then, my NEW computer fried the motherboard and certain other parts because of a dead CPU (not the memory transfer). After they talked with me about what I wanted to do and they figured out what broke, they were able to contact the manufacturer to send it back for repairs (it was still under warranty). After getting the new computer back, the memory transfer had to be done again because the manufacturer had done a factory reset. But Expert Technology didn't charge me extra for that or all the extra work of contacting the manufacturer! Finally, I got them to add another 500 GB SSD to the new PC. It's been about 2 months since I brought both computers home and I haven't had any problems or missing/corrupted files! I'm happy that I came here. TLDR: I had 2 broke computers. In the end I got more than what I came for: The new computer has all the files I was needing and somehow the old computer works a little bit too! I didn't have to do very much and I wasn't charged much money for all they did.”

“I went in to buy a break light sensor today. Going into auto parts stores is always anxiety inducing, especially when I know the part I need. I'm always met with questions about whether I'm sure that's the right part, and did I have someone look at it for me...etc. There are usually smirks and winks involved too.. Today I was waited on by a wonderful woman named Kee. To be clear, this is the first time I've even been waited on by a woman in an auto parts store. When I asked her for the part I wasn't met with 20 questions, she actually just sold me the part. I've never left a review in my life, but I appreciated this so much. It could not be left unsaid.”

“This place is awesome! I couldn't get my phone to charge so I Googled for a repair shop. I drove there and walked in thinking I was going to have to leave my phone with them and so i planned that I would try to spent the time in town until they called me to pick it up. I was also so worried about the repair bill, as I am on a fixed disability income. I was fully expecting them to charge me a flat fee before they even touched the phone. A young guy immediately came up to me and greeted me and asked me if he could be of help. I handed over my phone to him and explained the issue with the phone. He listened and said, let's see if we can get it to charge up. And I was so happy when phone lit up. He told me it was an issue with the cord I was using to charge it and even told me the type of cord i would need to pick up. I was so grateful that there was nothing I needed to pay them. It was clear to me they are very honest folk. It is also wonderful to have such good people in our city. I would fully recommend this place to everyone!”

“I highly recommend the O’Reilly’s on Airline. I came there with my Santa Fe after my battery needed a jumo to get a new battery. Not only Did he check my battery and alternator, he checked my fuses as my brake lights were out and changed them. (Just the bulbs were bad). It’s hard to find anyone willing to work like that especially On a Sunday and the young man stopped what he was doing to fix the issues.”
