Caring and thorough.
Heart Homes is welcoming sort of place, very well managed and well kept. My father had dementia, as he became worse we were unable to provide the level of care he needed at home. It was touching how they took care of their residents, one resident was very bonded with his dog and when he moved in they also welcomed his dog. Who does that? Heart Homes made an awful experience easier and better.
I had only visited Heart Homes at Bay Ridge briefly. The staff was very friendly, but I felt the premises was a bit cluttered and closed-in feeling. I highly recommend Heart Homes if you are looking for somewhere for a parent that will make you at ease with the care provided this place is the best!
