We needed help with an existing gas fire pit and I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and customer focused they were. They had an answer to every question, were honest with their recommendations and prompt with delivery. Every person we interacted with went the extra mile to help us and they even called a few days after installation to make sure we were satisfied! Highly recommend Kevin Fox and his team.

(July 13, 2018, 1:08 pm)They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in any store period. I am an online guy. I buy everything online, even big ticket items. First time, on the insistence of my wife, we went to their store. We had bunch of questions and they were very very patient in answering everything. Their prices were as good as any online store, so we ended up buying a bunch of items including a propane grill, burner and a triple access drawer. They delivered everything promptly. Before we installed the grill, we decided to switch to natural gas and also didn't need the triple access drawer. I called them back to ask for my options. They promptly came to our house, converted the grill and the burner to natural gas and took back the triple access drawer. We are so glad we bought from them

(January 4, 2018, 10:11 pm)This is the 3rd outdoor kitchen we have installed over the years in different homes, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. It was so easy to work with Kevin and Karen who made many suggestions which have maximized the utilization of the finished product. The delivery/setup team did a fantastic job working with a not-so-perfect flagstone surface to create a perfect work space. AOK's bid was much lower than our other estimates and the products were superior to those which others suggested. Work was actually completed ahead of schedule, and we are delighted with the results. How often can a homeowner say that!!?
