Kim and her staff are very personable and equally professional. My comfort was their main concern. During my cleaning Kim informed me that I had a few cavities. A couple months later I went back for my 1st cavity fillings of my life! I was a bit nervous, it being my first time, but It was no big deal. There are regular outings and in-facility parties for family to attend, with live entertainment. Lots of activities and group interaction, if that is what she is in the mood for. The option to use the on-site doctors, in addition to the full time nursing staff, makes my life so much easier, as workday doctors appointments can be challenging.
