  Staff is always friendly and on a first name basis. Service is polite, accurate and on time. Mistakes might happen in any kitchen but here, if an order gets mixed up it's handled quickly and professionaly; management is always making sure the customer is satisfied. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of years and have only had positive experiences. I've been in on busy weekend evenings, slow weekday nights, and in the morning; it's always good and I'll keep going back.

  Our waiter Zachary was really awesome, he did a great job with our whole party and my daughter loved him. The food was good and came in a timely manner.

  My wife and I like this place. It's a chain but a local DMV chain. Good food and drinks. Fun place to watch a Caps game. Good drink specials for the games.

  The Pasadena Greene Turtle is by far the cleanest and most friendly of the Greene Turtles we have visited. The bartenders are friendly and attentive and the servers, especially Steven, are on their game. We visit here regularly. The kitchen can be uneven but is usually ok. The menu, as with all Turtles, is limited but the atmosphere at this location makes up for it.
  Update: The kitchen has improved lately. While wings are still under or over cooked on occasion, the last few burgers have been cooked as ordered. There are occasionally special menus for something different.
