She always figures out the perfect balance between what I think will look good and what will actually work with my hair texture and lifestyle. She has her work cut out for her in coloring my naturally dark hair and blending in the grays, but it always looks very natural. My daughters have grown up going to Dawn and she is great with them. She has a way of making them feel comfortable, but also helps them feel and look their best. Dawn is very professional and yet very friendly. She is organized and always ready for me whenever I come.
