I had one day to get it done, and went to Magothy without an appointment. I told them what happened and within an hour, they took my car in, did the inspection, signed and stamped the forms, and didn't charge me a dime. They had a lot of work to do, too, but made time in their really busy schedule to take care of my issue even though it didn't benefit them financially. Just to be clear - this was an emissions repair inspection, not a MD state inspection, which will definitely cost you money. I would call ahead or plan to leave your car as it takes a while to do a proper inspection.”
