“I can honestly say that I have never been more happy or satisfied with a place of business. As a parent of four children who all suffer from a neurological disorder it can be overwhelming. My husband is in the military and trying to shuffle appointments and meet needs of my kids is hard. However, Rita and her staff (the entire staff) have been nothing but helpful. From the get go, Rita switched things around so that I wouldn't have to drive in 8 times a week but only twice. All my children were able to see their OT twice a week at the same time as their siblings. I never asked for it, Rita suggested it. The secretary always called me and reminded me of any changes to schedules (even the ones I had made). She is also concerned with making sure you reschedule. I have been in a place before when I had to cancel an appointment and I was told to call back later to reschedule. The staff made sure everything was just fluid and perfect. As far as the individual care by the OT's at Therapy Solutions I couldn't be more pleased. The "girls" there became friends with my children. They didn't treat them like they were just the "next" patient. Every day they discussed what they had done with my guys, what advance they had made, and what ideas I could use at home. I felt like I was getting training to go back home and continue what they had started at OT. I have recommended Therapy Solutions to many of my friends or complete strangers that I meet at the park. I currently have two other friends who have started coming to Rita's and they too are pleased. If you are looking for a place for your kids where you feel like they will get help and you will get more prepared to help them at home than Rita's is the best. ”
