“Was changing planes at BWI and saw this shop. Was traveling with my Tumi carry-on, which I've had for years and which had lost two of its zipper pulls. Having some time, I stopped in, and the two employees could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. The pulls were installed in less than a minute, and when I asked what the charge would be, I was told "none"! This is a company that stands behind its products, and the BWI staff is first-class! Thank you!!”

My father taught me, when you see people having a rough day; smile and ask them about their day. They tend to get happy and smile back with good service ????????.
