  Rick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I had to change my appointment a few times and he was always able to accommodate me. The technician had my tires rotated, balanced and my alignment done in less than an hour at a good price.

  I discovered while driving that I had a flat tire. Rich and Michael took of me and my car. They answered all of my questions, looked into all of my concerns, and did all of this while providing high quality service to other customers. Top notch. Great customer service. Friendly. Trustworthy.

  I woke up to get ready for work at 2:30am and discovered I had a flat tire. After calling roadside assistance I went to work. After work I stopped in at Mr. Tire To see if and when they would be able to repair or replace my flat tire since I had originally purchased my tires there.
  Rick was very friendly and accommodating in the different options that would be available to me. When I asked when he would be able to do the repair and/or replacement of the tire. He stated to my surprise that he would be able to do it today. I also asked if they would be able to put the tire back on my vehicle and put the spare back in it’s holding rack and he said yes that would not be a problem. This was around 12:30-12:45, Rick called to let me know that my vehicle was ready a little before 4:00 pm. I did not have any expectations when I went in that they would be able to do it today so I was pleasantly surprised when it was done that quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend that you check this business out if you are in need of any work or repairs for your vehicle. The only downfall is that I felt the cost to repair the tire was a little high.
  It was service with a smile from start to finish.

  I was helped by Ciara who was excellent at customer service. I got 4 new tires and was able to get some work done while waiting. It was fast service and I will return again.
