“Thomas Somerville Company has closed their showroom at this location but they continue to operate their store. A vast majority of the customers are likely commercial plumbers and such but their doors are still open to the public for purchases. Since there is no showroom or even a store floor, you'll need to know what you want going in. But if you do, you will certainly save money. If it's a larger item, such as a toilet, call ahead to be certain they have it or can ship it from their distribution center before you go there. I was looking for a toilet and had decided on the brand/model I wanted. The local big box stores carried the brand but not the model. I called this Thos. Somerville location and asked for what I wanted and they shipped it from their distribution center to this store the next day. When I picked it up, I added the necessary accessories (wax ring, seat, bolts) and I was off to the races. The price for the toilet was about 68% of the list price on the mfg website - a huge savings. And it was less expensive than the cheaper models at the big box stores and much less expensive than vendors selling it on Amazon - plus it's easier to deal with a local vendor. So do your homework - check Amazon, check the mfgs websites, and go to the big box stores to determine what you want. But before you buy, give this place a call and see if they can get it for you. You may have to wait an extra day but the savings will likely make that wait worthwhile.”

“I stopped at this location Sunday evening 11/18/18 to get gas and paid cash. I gave the representative who's name begins with a 'K' (I don't want to be to specific with names...) what I thought was $60. When I returned for my change she provided more than expected and informed me I had handed her $70. While this story should not be remarkable, it is as so few people seem to possess this virtue. Furthermore, I offered a couple dollars in thanks which she refused. Her explanation was "she was raised to be honest." I've encountered way too many dishonest people in my life and this would have been an easy opportunity to be taken advantage of without me knowing it. My compliments to you Ms. K and to the management of 7-11 for employing this person. Also, I obtained Ms. K's name from an equally polite and courteous blonde woman who was keeping the parking area clean. Thank you to her as well. Overall, this brief experience was quite positive after a working weekend.”
