I placed a call to Floors2Day, left a message, and received a return call the same day. Within two days, I had an in-home meeting, reviewed samples, was quoted a fair price, and was scheduled for installation the following Mon. The installers (2) arrived on time, worked quickly, had me review the work along the way, cleaned after themselves, then gave me a final inspection before departing. I received my invoice paid-in-full. No hassle, easy scheduling, installation, and a very friendly and professional staff. Excellent service from beginning to the end. I would recommend them. Thanks!

The in-home process was super easy! In this day and age of everything being on back order, I was pleasantly surprised that my beautiful carpet was installed within a few weeks of ordering!
