After being taken advantage of by another shop I was left with a non running truck. So I was looking for a reliable mechanic and was referred by a close friend. I call Austin and informed him that I’ll need a tow to his shop. His reply was save your money and he’ll bring the shop to me😁. They showed up as scheduled. Not a minute behind. Soon after bam💥 the truck was running. I was very happy so far. Then came the time to pay the bill. Because they were able to repair a few parts instead of buying everything new I was charged well under the quoted price. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. They restored my faith in humanity that day. I highly recommend this business. 5 outta 5 stars.

I wanted to thank Austin Tritt for the outstanding job he did to get us back on the road. We were three hours into our trip to Bowie Maryland when the outlet tube for the turbo came off, as it was cracked and sucking air. We were able to reattach somewhat to drive an additional hour and a half. Finally arriving at 12:30am. It was a Saturday and was not sure if we could find the part or even get it installed. I called the truck service and Austin answered the phone. Giving him some information he was quick to respond and get us the part and come to us and install it. He saved us from a very pricy tow bill and another nights stay. We greatly appreciate him going above and beyond to help my family and myself out. If we are ever in the area and in need of service we will not hesitate to call Austin. Very reasonable on pricing and kept me informed with his time of arrival.
