For no charge, Peter sent me links to the parts that I needed from another vendor (he did not stock them) and then he assisted me with the repair, also free of charge. Very knowledgeable and customer-focused. Highly recommend!
(May 9, 2018, 11:29 pm)Awesome customer service and they 100% stand behind what they sell. I purchased some solar and battery monitoring equipment from Peter and had a weird issue with it. He sent me parts at no charge to try and pinpoint the issue until we figured the problem out, which we eventually did. Recommend 100% buying from this company! Not only do they have the best prices, they have the best customer service too!

The products they offer are competitively priced & reputable brands which stand behind their products. I contacted PKYS regarding an issue I was experiencing with one of the products that I had purchased from them, and my inquiry was quickly addressed and resolved. Excellent, professional service!
(August 25, 2017, 12:07 pm)Excellent product selection and product knowledge coupled with outstanding customer service that is so rare to find in this day and age of anonymous online shopping. I can't recommend them enough and will be coming back many times for more parts for my sailboat!
(February 7, 2014, 9:55 pm)I ordered a replacement Balmar regulator in the late afternoon of January 29 2014. To my surprise, I got a shipment notification about 30 minutes later and the regulator arrived in TWO DAYS.
