Great client service, Cody is always very knowledgeable.I have brought my car few times and it’s always very pleasant to work with them. They are very efficient and fast. Cody was able to drop me off at work ,by the time I got off from work my car was ready go. They found the problem and got it fix the same. Very reliable. Highly recommend.Great experience.

I just moved to Maryland from Northern Virginia and had to get my car registered before the end of May. You many only get you car inspected once in Maryland but it takes a few hours and is very thorough.

My 24 year old car was going to be a problem but Garry, Cody, and Cory told me what to expect and stayed in touch throughout the inspection. It had some warn out parts that did not pass and had to be replaced. They explained in detail what needed to get done immediately and what could wait a few months. Again they kept me in the loop on my car's progress. They also shuttled me to and from my home and gave me a loaner car for the two days of repairs.

They are my go to car care center. I cannot sing their praises enough. They listen and provide valuable information that is easy to understand. I highly recommend them. They take care of their customers.

Walking into this location I was greeted immediately by two wonderful gentleman. The facility was clean and welcoming including the bathroom. They explained the inspection process and went over my concerns. I was told by another repair shop that my brakes needed to be done and so that was my main concern on this visit. Not only did they look at the brakes they also checked over the entire vehicle and sent me a digital inspection that had pictures of my actual vehicle. They made the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired smooth, transparent, and easy. I highly recommend them for service and I will be returning in the near future for the other recommended services. My brakes feel amazing!

I am new to the area and this was my first experience at AutoStream. I cannot express enough how delighted I am to have met Garry and his team. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. He is also incredibly fair when it comes to pricing and is not out to cheat you like other places I have been to in the past. Above all else, he is a good and honest man which is evident from the first few minutes of interacting with him. I am grateful I found a shop I can trust and this will be my go-to for any service I need. I will be telling all of my friends and family about Garry and send them his way from here on out. I’m new to MD and traveled 30 miles to try this place based off of the great reviews I saw here. I can say that the standard of service matched the reviews and I was pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful, they completed my state inspection and oil change a little under the time they quoted me. I was able to sit do some work and take a couple of work calls while I waited and before I knew it my car was ready. They walked me through and made sure I understood the prioritization and impact of each item that they recommended for servicing. I will definitely be back for the additional services that were recommended. Thank you!
